Budgeting: Aligning Vision with Reality
Your budget sets the foundation for a successful remodel. At Erazo, we use it as a guide not a final quote and to align with your goals and plan for surprises like hidden leaks or electrical upgrades. We’ll walk you through the process and adjust as needed to help you make confident, informed decisions.
Erazo Designer Program
Design doesn’t have to be expensive. Our in-house program offers sketches, renderings, samples, and one-on-one sessions to help you visualize your space without the high price tag of hiring a professional designer. You can choose to pay for design upfront or unlock it as a bonus when you move forward with your remodel.

Warranties You Can Count On
We stand by our work with a 1 year limited workmanship warranty, covering labor related issues like improper installation, structural integrity, and mechanical systems when installed by us. Cabinet hardware is covered for 1 year, and cabinet finishes are covered for 90 days against adhesion failure.
Our warranties don’t cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or changes caused by humidity, sunlight, or time. Wood is a natural product and may shift slightly over time. This is expected, not a defect.
